Hutt River Principality – Ep 27 Australian Motorcycle Roadtrip

I visit Hutt River Principality, an independent sovereign stage set up by a farmer to fight against an unfair wheat quota law that would have destroyed his livelihood.

I meet the sprightly 91 year old Prince Leonard and learn about his fascinating story. How one man used the law to stop the Australian Government from seizing his land.

I also learn about a sacred site he found on a remote mountain range half a century ago. A white pyramid and three standing stones. I decide I must visit this site to see what I can find.
