In Bali I try a cup of the world’s most expensive and exclusive coffee, Kopi Luwak. Kopi Luwak are coffee beans collected from the faeces of civets, jungle cats that supposedly eat only the finest, ripest coffee berries. It is believed that enzymes in the civet’s digestive tract, enhance the flavour of the coffee beans.
